An addiction recovery workbook
that enables you
to decode your pain problems
into daily solutions

Pain Problems don’t disappear in sobriety.
They follow you. That ‘bad luck’ that keeps happening?
The anxiety that won’t let up?
The difficult people who always seem to find you?
Those are pain problems making you vulnerable to daily living.
The good news?
Once you learn to decode them, you can finally start solving them. This workbook is for anyone in addiction recovery who’s suffering through triggers more days than not and is willing to take action to create their own peace of mind.

Is this you?
Unfulfilled
The sense that something's missing—even though you think you "should" be ok because of how hard you're working on your recovery
Daily Struggle
You're doing your best to live life on life's terms but it still feels like you're just surviving.
Emotionally Flooded
Anxiety, depression or toxic shame hijack your day, more days than not
Stuck in Pause
Your goals stay out of reach. Blocked by outside forces...or maybe your own
You're not alone.
These problems may feel like your unique burdens but they're very common.
These are the exact things I help people with, without judgment.

"It may sound strange at first,
but people in addiction recovery don't have drug and alcohol problems. They have Pain Problems.Drugs are deadly. Alcohol ruins lives, but they are symptoms of something far worse hiding in plain site: unresolved pain."
About The Author
Roger understands why people can feel broken at times, because many behaviors make little sense until you connect the dots to the root why. Recoveries can be broken, and they can be mended too.
If you're stuck in a daily struggle, it doesn't mean you've failed and it's not forever. It likely means you could benefit from a new healing strategy. Society and your own mind can build new walls, blocking your long-term recovery path. Roger designed a universal bridge that could get you there no matter who you are or what roads you've taken in the past. SRCH is Courage Recovery's method for healing, purpose-built to radically adapt to your needs.
Roger L'Hereault has worked in behavioral health for over two decades as a counselor and coach, and has witnessed the massive potential and quiet triumphs in people who'd almost lost hope. He's helped over a thousand people from all walks of life—through moments of crisis and discoveries of self-compassion. His role has never been to fix anyone. He's a guide, laying out paths for people to feel they belong, that they are worthy of love, and that they are capable of healing the hurt that addiction creates.
Outside of work, Roger keeps things pretty simple. He likes to play and listen to music, build stuff, study psychology and spend time in nature. He's a huge sci-fi fan and a pragmatic dreamer—if that makes any sense. He's fascinated by the future and could easily go down a rabbit hole talking about what life might be like a thousand years from now. He's insatiably curious and actively looks at life with optimism.
You don't have to figure this out alone, and you're not broken. Serenity is in reach. It's the side effect of a resilient recovery.
